Can I schedule a cleaning for a day and time that works best for me?
Yes. We try to accommodate all of our customers' needs. Evening appointments are available as well as Saturdays. We are however closed on Sunday.
Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?
No. It is completely your choice. If you will not be available we can make arrangements with you to discuss gaining entry.
How many people will be part of the cleaning Team?
The amount of people will depend on size and type of the job.
What if I want something cleaned that we haven't discussed while you are at my location?
Our goal is your satisfaction and we will always do what we can to accommodate you.
Will I have to supply cleaning products?
No. We will bring our cleaning supplies and equipment. If there is a specific product that you want used that we do not carry we may request that you supply that.
What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the size and type of job.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask for you to give us a 24 hr notice for any cancellation. If you do not give us the notice you maybe subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that 24hrs is not always possible, but we do ask that you try.
How often do you clean?
We offer a 1 time cleaning as well as Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly.
